Cre8tive Systems Text Messages
Program description
Cre8tive Systems sends text messages to people who opt in through the contact form on our website. Messages may include:
- Replies to your inquiry and follow-ups you requested
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Account setup, onboarding and support messages
This program does not include marketing messages.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the optional text message box on our website contact form and submitting the form. The box is not checked for you and is not required to submit the form. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency and timing
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and your account activity. Automated texts are sent between 9 AM and 7 PM Pacific time.

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
How to opt out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any text message from us. After you send STOP, we will reply with a message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further messages.
Replies of QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE or OPT OUT also work. You can also opt out by calling or emailing us.
How to rejoin
To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, or reply START, and we will resume sending text messages to you.

Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your information
We will never ask for passwords or payment card numbers by text message. For privacy questions, see our Privacy Policy.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above.
